A new art print here 2012 jan

A selection of posters in a little fantasy style of my own original paintings in oils or airbrush. They are posters for those who like surrealism/fantasy.

They were initially painted in either the airbrush technique or oil. Images are printed with one of two methods as shown in the specification of the image.

Airbrush involves the spraying of acrylic paint with a small nozzle, the same way painting a car.

When it comes to art, I would give as high a quality as possible, therefore, I chose to use the high standard of both paper and paints. In some cases with extremely high light-fastness.

I have used two ways to produce these prints:

Offset
One of the methods is the traditional offset technique . It is the way one usually use to print newspapers, CD-covers posters etc. with a printing press.

Prints
These art-prints are individually produced, high-resolution prints made on a special printer.

These prints are superior to traditional offset prints in several ways. The colors are brighter and last longer. The range of color and the sharpness for the prints is far beyond that of traditional offset prints.

The paper is also an important material. I use a special kind of high quality acid free paper that will last longer and will not be yellowed with age.

Most of my prints are made with this latter method as it gives so much more quality and durability in both the colors and the paper.

It is specified for each poster, the method used. Either offset or print.
